The Izki public golf complex offers an 18 hole Urturi course and 9 hole Lagrán course which are both located a 25 minute drive from Vitoria. The Urturi was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and stands in a beautiful natural setting with wide fairways edged by oak trees and holly bushes. The layout of its spectacular holes makes playing a round of golf on this course a very enjoyable experience.

The 9 hole, par 36 Lagrán course is well-balanced course with large drivers needed to play some of the holes, while good putting techniques are needed for others. This course was designed to make full use of all the natural resources to create 9 unique holes.

Amenities include a driving range, golf academy, buggy and trolley hire, pitching and putting greens, a bar and restaurant.

This 18 hole par 72 course is situated in Legutiano, near Vitoria-Gasteiz. Amenities include a driving range, pitching and putting greens, cart and buggy rental, pro shop, golf academy, bar, restaurant, gymnasium, swimming pool and football pitch.

If you are planning to explore the area outside of the city centre and play some golf or go to some of the more out of the way beaches then you might consider hiring a car.
