Valladolid Airport Information
Largely due to the arrival of Ryanair the passenger traffic at Valladolid has grown from just 195,000 passengers in 2001 to just over 365,683 in 2009. Over 9,000 flights were handled there last year.
Valladolid is the capital city of the Castile - Leon area and the airport is around 10 kms outside of the City centre.

Parking at Valladolid Airport
Parking
at Valladolid is quite reasonable and there are 260 spaces plus
about another 140 spaces reserved for hire cars. The costs of parking
are €0.42 for the first 30 minutes, €1.06 for the second
30 minutes then €0.80 per hour up to €8.90 for a maximum of 4 days. The daily maximum
from the fifth day is €7.10.
Except in exceptional circumstances, vehicles may only enter and leave the car park between the hours of 6:00 and 23:00. Once in the car park the vehicle may remain there 24 hours a day.
Valladolid Airport Buses
The company Linecar has opened a new regular bus line which connects the city of Valladolid with the airport. From Valladolid bus station you can catch buses from Valladolid to Madrid and Valladolid to Leon must be booked in advance through www.alsa.es or purchased from the automatic machine in the terminal building.
