Valencia Airport Departures

Valencia Airport departures are mainly dealt with on the first floor of the main terminal building.

Once in the departures hall simply check the TV screens and proceed to the check in counter which has been designated for your flight.

If your are travelling back to the airport by taxis of by one of the Valencia Airport buses then you will be dropped off just outside the terminal building.

Once you have checked in your luggage proceed through to the Departures Lounge which is for passengers only. Within the departures lounge at Valencia Airport you will find a number of shops including the large multi shop Aldeasa which sells everything from luxury clothes items to perfumes,jewellery and accessories, cigarettes and alcohol.

The shopping facilities at the airport are not on a par with somewhere like Barcelona but there is enough to keep you amused and fed!

There are three different VIP lounges within the departures area at Valencia Airport. One is for small meetings of 4/6 people, or the interconnecting Juan Olivert room is reserved for specific airlines but will also allow paid entry and is open from 06.00 to 22.25. Call 0034 961 598 584.

The other VIP lounge is reserved for certain passengers on Iberia Airlines flights. Normally this is business class travellers or club card holders.
