Tenerife Departures

All departures traffic, including national, European Community and international, comes in via the ground floor of the passenger terminal at Tenerife Airport. You can access it from the taxi rank and the public bus service or from the different airport car parks. The departures hall has an area of over 10,800 square meters and can handle 3,000 passengers in peak times.

There are 87 check-in desks available, and after you have checked-in your baggage you can go through customs to the departure area which is located on the first floor of the terminal building and has a large shopping area.

The departures hall at Tenerife Airport can be accessed directly from the Tenerife Airport taxi rank, Tenerife Airport bus stop, and the Tenerife Airport car park. If you have organised a private Tenerife Airport transfer then your driver will of course drop you at the main entrance.
