The weather in Spain is one of the main driving forces behind its tourism and why so many Northern Europeans are moving here. In the five years that we have lived in Marbella on the Costa del Sol the excellent weather has made a great improvement to our lives. Not because we can go to the beach every day in the summer - although it helps - the difference is really being able to plan a day out or a BBQ or whatever and know that the weather will be fine.
If you are a real sun worshipper and want guaranteed good weather in Spain then visit between May and September.
