Taxis at Reus Airport
There is no train service from Reus Airport but you can easily get taxis, buses or even hire your own car from the airport terminal.
We have written a general article on the train service in Spain which is worth reading.
Reus Airport is the main airport for the Costa Dorada and in particular the larger resort towns of Salou, etc.
You are also not that far away from Portaventura which is a large theme park run by Universal Studios.
Taxis at Reus Airport
The taxis have a rank that is immediately outside the arrivals
terminal at Reus Airport. The fares are not that bad but bear in
mind that they can only transport 4 people (including kids) and
very rarely have child safety seats.
You could book your own private Reus Airport transfer instead: it shouldn't work out much more expensive.
Normal taxis into Tarragona cost around €20 and slightly less (around €15)into Reus. Expect to pay between €20 and €25 for a taxi to Salou from Reus Airport.
Parking and Shopping at Reus Airport
Parking at Reus Airport is currently free. I can't see this being the case forever and extension works are currently under way so make the most of it!
Shops are scarce at Reus Airport. I was there in December 2005 and the shop where you buy newspapers etc was closed for lunch!
The main two are Aldeasa and Divers which are multishops selling a wide range of goods including duty free goods, cigarettes, perfume, etc.
There are also cafes in both the arrivals and departures halls.
