If you do not use our service be sure to check what is included in the price before you sign a car hire agreement. You may get what seem to be some very low quotations but when you look at the small print find that they do not include unlimited mileage, local taxes or insurances. If you are not doing much driving, then unlimited mileage may not be necessary, but insurances are a must and do add up.
The following should all be included in the price: third party insurance, airport fees, breakdown cover, local surcharges, loss/collision damage waiver and unlimited mileage. Also check if the car has air conditioning, especially during the summer months when temperatures in Spain can reach 35ºC and above!
It is also a good idea to book ahead as the car hire desks at the airport are often incredibly busy and there can be long queues. If you have a reservation with a reference number at least you know they will have a car waiting. And if your requested car is not available they will have to upgrade you for free. You can also get a much better deal by pre-booking.
