Reus Buses & Taxis

There are two options for buses at Reus Airport: you can book a seat on a private shuttle bus or catch one of the public buses.

Reus Airport is the main airport for the Costa Dorada and in particular the larger resort towns like Salou.

There is no train service from Reus Airport but you can easily get taxis, buses or even hire your own car from the airport terminal. You are not far away from Portaventura which is a large theme park run by Universal Studios.

There is no train at Reus Airport, but there are other trains around the area. We have written a guide to using trains in Spain to make your journey easier. There are three bus lines running from Reus Airport:

Airport - Barcelona Line - covering the route between the airport and the city of Barcelona (María Cristina square and Sants station).This journey takes around 90 minutes and the buses can be caught directly outside of the arrivals terminal. The timetables do vary throughout the year as the journeys are planned to meet the flights that are arriving each day. The journey time is around 1 hour 20 minutes.

The bus stop is directly outside the main arrivals terminal. The journey time is 45 minutes and the fares are approximately €6.00 for a single trip.

The number 50 bus from the airport will take you to Reus bus station which is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the town. It leaves from outside the arrivals terminal and with a journey time of 25 minutes. Among other places it stops at the Renfe train station. Cost of a single ticket is €1.10 which you can buy on the bus.

At the time of writing the timetable of departures from Reus airport is hourly departures from 05:11 to 00:11.

A line that covers the route between Reus Station and Valls with stops in La Selva del Camp, Alcover and El Milà; from Monday to Friday, working days, a bus arrives at the airport at 08.35 and another departs at 20.20.
