Ultramar cannot guarantee that you will get a particular make or model of car.  Their car pool is categorised in the following way:

SMALL CARS: with 3 to 5 doors, a radio and normally with air conditioning (eg: Ford Ka, Kia Picanto, VW Polo)

MEDIUM CARS: with 5 doors, air conditioning and radio/CD player (eg: VW Gold)

BIG CARS: saloons with 5 doors and 5 seats, air conditioning and radio/CD player (eg: VW Caddy)

FUN CARS: two door convertibles with air conditioning and radio/CD player (eg: VW Beetle Cabriolet)

MINIVANS: with 5 doors seating 8 (7 if hiring in Menorca), air conditioning and radio/CD player (eg: VW T5)

• All vehicles are insured for third party liability which includes car theft and personal accident insurance for the driver. This can be extended to cover other passengers by payment of an additional fee.
• Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the vehicle is due to be collected
