All the arrivals traffic is channeled to the ground floor of the passenger terminal at Menorca Airport.

There is a hall with five baggage reclaim carousels (one of which is a double).

Non-Schengen and third country passengers are advised that after passing passport control, they should get a luggage trolley and locate their flight reference number on the screens above each baggage reclaim carousel.

Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to the arrivals lobby, where you will find several travel agencies that represent a number of tour operators, as well as several car hire companies and the tourist information service.
