The departures hall at Malaga Airport is on the first floor of the terminal building.
If for any reason the website is not working or you can't find details of the specific flight that you are looking for then ring the airport on (0034) 952 048 484.
Although there are two different terminals at Malaga they are both connected by a walkway and if you are travelling within the EU then you are more than likely to be departing from Terminal 2.
Within the main departures hall are all the ticket desks for the main airlines, a couple of coffee shops and cash points.
Trolleys are free and generally the queues at the check in desks are not that bad. During the high summer season however things can get a bit fraught.
If you are returning a hire car to the airport follow the instructions carefully. Most of the companies operate a collection service from just in front of the terminal building.
Taxis will obviously drop you off outside the departures hall but you will need to follow the signs (and the crowds!) from the trains and buses.
With the tighter security regulations it is sensible and advisable to get to the airport at least two hours before your scheduled departure time.
