Only two Spanish Airports and Gibraltar Airport provide facilities to store luggage. It is not something that the Spanish really cater for at airports, but they do provide the facility at most of the railway stations.
Below are details of the few airports where you can leave your luggage.
Baggage Storage at Madrid Airport
There are three left-luggage offices at Madrid airport in T1, T2 and T4. All baggage left at the left-luggage office passes through an x-ray checkpoint to verify that they do not contain dangerous items or objects. Prices vary depending on size and time, but as a rough guide the costs are: for one day €3.60 (large, medium and small locker); from two to five days: large locker, €4.64; medium locker, €4.13; small locker €3.61. Storage from day fifteen onwards: €185. Transfer to the warehouse: €37.08. Special baggage €4.64.

Madrid Airport also has 8 plastic luggage wrapping machines distributed around the 4 terminals.
Luggage Storage at Barcelona Airport
There is a left luggage office in the lobby of terminal B at Barcelona Airport , beside the arrivals area. The current rate for all or part of every 24-hour period is €4.80 euros for the large locker, 50x80x90 cm (width x depth x height); €4.20 for the medium locker (35x80x60 cm); and €3.70 for the small locker (35x80x45 cm). They also offer a luggage plastic wrapping service.
Left Luggage at Gibraltar Airport
There is a left luggage store at Gibraltar Airport near the check in desks in the departure area. Prices vary depending on length of time and size of holdall or suitcase. If it’s not manned go to the information desk for help.
