Buses from Salou to Villareal

Hi Ian,

It's a 189km journey from Salou to Villareal so I'm afraid there are no direct bus links.

I read your info on one train to and from Salou but return train is too early.
Would you have any info on buses from salou to villarreal.

Getting from Salou to Villareal

Hi again Lisa,

There is only one train a day from Salou to Villareal and you can get more details by clicking on my link to the Renfe website and then click on Salou from the list of stations and then on Villareal from the destinations list which comes up. It leaves Salou at 10:46 and arrives in Villareal at 13:24.

The return train leaves Villareal 17:49 and arrives in Salou at 20:38

You can also add your date of travel by accessing the website as fares vary depending on which day you are making the journey.

It's a 75km journey from Salou to Tortosa which will take about an hour to drive so a single taxi fare will cost in the region of €90.

I can't find any direct bus routes from Salou so the train is probably your best bet depending on your timing.

My partner and i are staying at salou in april. We need to travel from salou to tortosa on sat 26/4 and wondered if you could give me some advice on how to do this? I dont seem to be able to find out if there is a train station in salou or if we need to get a taxi for this journey.

When you get to Salou just head for the sea front and it is situated there.
