Chaperoning at Barcelona Airport

Hi Linda,

Thanks for your prompt reply, like you said I am pretty sure she will be OK, in fact I spoke to her this morning and explained to her to find the Iberia Information Desk at Departures upon arrival and that they will assist her. I even emailed her a plan of Terminal B.

Once again thank you.

Regards

Godfrey

Hi Godfrey,

Afraid the airport does not provide a special service but the airline she is travelling with may be able to offer something.

I think you can be pretty confident that she will be OK at Barcelona, as it is a large international airport which is well signposted with a lot of multilingual staff. There are also a lot of shops and cafes to keep her amused while she waits for her connection!

Dear Gary,

I wonder if you can help me, my niece who is 16 years old is arriving at Barcelona airport from Malta on Monday 9 th July on Clickair at 17:30 and then connecting to Alicante with Iberia at 20:00. As she has no previous airport experience and does not speak spanish, could you please advise if Barcelona airport provides a service like they do in Dubai to assist in such situations.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind Regards

Godfrey Vella
