Ibiza Markets
We
have listed the days on which all the local markets are held, and
unless stated they all tend to start up at around 09.30-10.00 and
close around 14.00. Ibiza is renowned for the Hippy Markets that
are spread accross the Island, with one of liveliest held on Saturdays
at Las Dalias, near San Carlos. Most of them have parking nearby
so if you rent
a car it is the easiest way to transport your wares.

Getting around in Ibiza
If you are planning to explore the area outside of the city centre and play some golf or go to some of the more out of the way beaches then you might consider hiring a car. There are a number of car hire firms based at Mahon Airport who will be pleased to have a vehicle awaiting your arrival. This also cuts down on transfer costs for you and your family.
To make sure you get the most from your visit to the Balearics, we have written an Ibiza Area Guide which includes information on the best Ibiza Shops, Local Markets in Ibiza, Ibiza Golf Courses, the different types of Beaches in Ibiza and recommended Ibiza Restaurants.
