Ibiza Airport Departures

Ibiza Airport departures happen over two floors. On the ground floor is the departures hall where the 48 check-in desks and airline ticket sales offices for Air Berlin/Niki, Air Europa, Iberia and Spanair are based.

There is also a shop which is open 24 hours at the weekends in summer and an Aena information desk, while by the arrivals area there is a cafe which is open 24/7 during the summer and a handful of cash machines.

Upstairs on the 2nd floor is where boarding takes place. Here there are 12 boarding gates and a wide selection of shops and eateries from self-service canteens to cafes, a fast food outlet and a restaurant. There is also a pharmacy and a place of worship.

Disabled passengers can receive help at any one of three contact points situated on the ground floor - 2 by departures and 1 by the entrance. Other special features include 12 disabled parking spaces in the car park opposite the terminal, adapted toilets, telephone booths and lifts with digital numbering in braile. Also there are differentiated surfaces beside all pedestrian crossings.
