Ibiza Airport Arrivals are handled on the ground floor. The baggage reclaim hall has 8 carousels, with luggage arriving from a non-EC country going onto belt no.1 only. It must also pass through the corresponding Customs inspection.

Once through customs and into the arrivals hall there is a cafe open 24 hours a day in the summer, a bank, ATMs, a tourist information and Aena desks, plus the car hire desks. There are five of these and they are: AurigaCrown, Atesa, Avis, Europcar and Hertz.

For those with disabilities there are 12 disabled parking space in the car park opposite the terminal, specially fitted toilets and adapted lifts with digital numbering in braille and adapted telephone booths. There are also differentiated surfaces by pedestrian crossings.

Parking is free for the first 15 minutes ideal which is ideal for people picking up or dropping off passengers. The main access to the airport is via the PM-801 motorway, although it also possible to get to it from the PM-803.
