Arrivals Gran Canaria - Las Palmas Airport

Gran Canaria Airport arrivalsJust under 9.5 million people pass through the Gran Canaria airport arrivals hall each year.

If this link is not working or you cannot see your flight you can telephone Gran Canaria Airport on 0034 928 579 130. They have staff on the switchboard that speak a good number of languages.

The main arrivals at Las Palmas Airport are split into three different areas, so if you have organised a private Gran Canaria transfer be sure to check where you are meeting your driver.

People arriving at the airport to meet friends or relations can obtain information about the arrival hall concerned from the monitors in the terminal lobbies.

Passengers should check the monitors at the entrance to the hall to find out which carousel they should go to collect their luggage. The number and origin of the flight is indicated above each carousel.

Zone A deals with all flights from within the EU and you collect your luggage from the belts marked 23, 24, 25 and 30 to 36.

Zone B deals with all non EU flights and you collect your bags from the belts numbered 20, 21 and 22.

Zone C handles all Inter Canary Island passengers and flights. You can collect your bags from belts 10, 11 and 12.

The airlines are responsible for any financial or physical damage suffered by the passengers or their belongings during transport. In the case of loss, damage or delay to the luggage, passengers should report the incident immediately at the counter of the airline or handling agent concerned so that steps can be taken as soon as possible to rectify the situation.

Zones B and C enter the arrivals area within the terminal at the same place. If you head straight for the main exit doors in front of you there is a rank for the Gran Canaria airport taxis and the Gran Canaria airport buses.

Zone A passengers enter the larger part of the arrivals hall and again there are buses and taxis just outside the main exit.

In the Gran Canaria Airport arrivals hall you will find a cafe selling snacks and drinks, a bank with a cashpoint machine and a small newsagents.

The Gran Canaria departures area is on the first floor of the terminal building.
