If you do not want to hire a car at Fuerteventura Airport which you can pick up when you arrive at the airport to get you to your final destination, then another option is to book a private transfer. This is when a driver meets you in the main arrivals area at a pre-arranged time and takes to a waiting car which will transfer you to your holiday villa or hotel with the minimum of fuss or delay.
