Barcelona Airport has a Lost Property Service on the ground floor of T1 with opening times for collection every day from 07:00 am to 23:00. Telephone: +34 932 596 440.

There is also a Post Office in T2B on the ground floor which is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 14:30, and Saturdays from 09.30 to 13:00. Telephone: +34 933 708 790

There are four branches of La Caixa Bank at Barcelona Airport: two in La Plaza in T1 on the first floor which is open every day from 07.00 to 22.00: and T2A and T2B on the ground floors in the public lobbies and in the baggage reclaim areas which are open every day from 07.30 to 20.30. Barcelona Airport has two left-luggage offices. One situated on the ground floor T1 on the level below La Plaza, and the other in the public car park opposite T2B. The current charge for all or part of every 24-hour period is €4.90 for the large locker, 50x80x90 cm  (width x depth x height); €4.40 for the medium locker, 35x80x60 cm; and €3.80 for the small locker, 35x80x45 cm.

Aena reserves the right to transfer deposited objects to the warehouse once 30 days have elapsed. The cost of transfer is €39.34 and the storage charge in the warehouse for each 24 hours is €1.97.

You can report lost luggage In the Lost and Found offices operated by the companies Flightcare, Groundforce, Swissport, Newco, Iberia, Vueling and Air France in the baggage reclaim areas in the different terminals.

Barcelona Airport has 5 VIP Lounges: The new terminal T1 has three VIP lounges equipped with the latest technology offering a wide range of services including meeting rooms, computers, Internet, wellness, relaxation room, showers, billiards, golf simulator and a hairdressing salon.

Passengers who are not flying in business class can use the VIP lounges on payment of €25.00

Barcelona Airport has 26 WiFi connection points distributed around its 3 terminals:

Terminal A: Medas Ready to Eat (public area), Self Mediterráneo (M4), Caffe di Fiore (M5), Terracotta (M5), Pans&Company (M5) and Salvador Dalí VIP lounge (M5).

Terminal B: Ars (public area), Plantaciones de Origen (public area), Pans&Company (public area), Buffet Catalunya (public area), Restaurant Sant Jordi (public area), Aubépain (M2), Tip Top Tapas (M2), Medas Beer (public area), The Food Gallery (M2), Europa (M3), La Pausa (M3), Caffe di Fiore (M3), Fresh and Ready (Rambla), Canudas VIP lounge (M2) and Catalunya Meeting Rooms (M2).

There are also 19 Multimedia Terminals /booths with internet service distributed throughout the airport.

Medical Assistance is available in the Technical Block in T1 on the first floor at Barcelona Airport.

There are travel agencies in the T1 railway hall, which can be accessed via La Plaza. A number of tour operators and travel agencies have offices which are open seven days a week in the T2A and T2B lobbies.

Aena has 8 information desks manned by "Green Jackets" at T1 and nine at T2, plus mobile information points.
