Barcelona Airport Departures

You may need to check Barcelona Airport Departures to confirm which terminal you are flying from. Although the terminals are all close together I always feel that it is better to have an idea of where you are going before you set off.

Upon arrival at the airport, passengers should go to the terminal in which the airline they are flying with operates. There they will check in their luggage and obtain their boarding pass. The boarding pass should indicate the gate for boarding the aircraft.

Passengers should then go to the corresponding module: M-0, gates 1 to 8; M-1, 10 to 19; M-2, 20 to 29; M-3, 30 to 39; M-4, 40 to 49; and M-5, 50 to 59. If the boarding pass does not indicate the gate, it should at least indicate the module. These modules, which are located on the first floor, may be accessed by the walkway. There are a number of shops and restaurants in this area.

In the pre-boarding module, passengers should pay close attention to the information monitors which provide information on boarding times and the corresponding gate, either directly through an airbridge or remotely by bus, which are accessed through the doors on the ground floor

Barcelona Airport follows the criteria of terminal use by company, regardless of the destination or origin of the flight, so flights may arrive at any of the three terminals. The 3 terminals are A B & C. Below is a rough guide for which Airlines (generally) fly into which terminals.

This is used for the Iberia shuttle service and Iberia Regional flights, as well as for general aviation airlines (CN Air, Executive Airlines, Gestair, Inter-Flights).
