Aqualandia
Water Park is reputedly Europe's largest water park situated
behind the northern end of Playa Levante right next to Mundomar
in the centre of Benidorm. It offers all kinds of water activities
for every member of the family including the huge Atlantic wave
pool, the springboards of Laguna, the beach and caves of Niagara
and Adventureland which has been developed especially for young
children. There are also plenty of high adrenaline rides with the
Kamikaze, Black Hole and Big Bang which is Europe's highest chute
ride. During the peak season you will have to queue for slides.
There are shaded areas, hammocks or chairs and several cafes or restaurants. All of the different pools have a qualified lifeguard in attendance and there is a first aid station for any emergency. Mini Hollywood
is a small theme park 24km outside Almería on the N-340 motorway
heading towards Tabernas. It the built around an old spaghetti-western
film set where legendary films including “A Fistful of Dollars,
“The Magnificent Seven”, “The Good, the Bad and
the Ugly” and “For
a Few Dollars More” starring Clint Eastwood were shot.

Mundomar Park is situated
near the Mediterranean Avenue in Benidorm close to Aqualandia. It
offers you the opportunity to get a close up view of the most popular
marine animals like dolphins, sea lions, turtles and penguins or
tropical forest fauna including funny talkative parrots and flamingos
in their natural environment. You can actively participate in the
shows and go aboard the glass bottom boat for a truly memorable
ride.
The Children’s Park has climbing walls, slides, ramps, bridges, nets and a great variety of swings which are guaranteed to keep the younger members of the family occupied.
The Mundomar aviary recreates a gigantic wild forest where you see close an extremely varied range of exotic tropical birds. You can watch them fly as there are open spaces for them to do this.From inside a beached galleon you can observe the dolphins in their natural habitat through large windows.

Terra
Mitica is a theme park in Benidorm owned by Paramount which
allows you to travel back in time to the legendary civilizations
that lived in the Mediterranean area. If you have hired a car and
are going by road then access is via the N-330, N-332, N-340, and
A-7 motorways – the last of which has a direct exit for Terra
Mítica (65-A).
It is divided into five areas: Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia and The Islands. You can walk through the port of Alexandria at the time of Cleopatra, attend the Games in Olympia, watch the Rescue of Ulysses and ride on the Magnus Colossus" giant roller coaster. Terra Natura
is an animal park offering an exotic journey across the three continents
of Europe, Asia and America. It gives you the chance to discover
their folklore, culture, customs, gastronomy, crafts, flora and
fauna in just one day.
Each continent has a themed zone: South America with its magical atmosphere; Asia as a spiritual land; and Europe with its life next to the sea. There are 1,500 animals of 200 different species (54 of which are endangered).
