There
are two golf courses in Club de Golf Ibiza; one 9 hole at the Roca
Lisa Club and one 18 hole in the Santa Eulalia area of the island.
Although it’s a private club anyone can play here. The club
has a restaurant, putting green and driving range. You can rent
all your equipment here too, and it is recommended that you hire
a car to get to the courses.

Ibiza
Golf is in the process of merging with the Roca Lisa Club to
form a 27 hole complex. It is a relatively flat course, with wide
fairways and very fast greens which offers clinics, private and
group lessons and group lessons, handicaps and a pro shop.
The course opened in 1972 and was designed by Pipin Rivero, Hawtree and Dave Thomas. The greens integrate perfectly into the natural environment and are kept in excellent condition by the use of purified water from treatment plants.

Getting around in Ibiza
If you are planning to explore the area outside of the city centre and play some golf or go to some of the more out of the way beaches then you might consider hiring a car. There are a number of car hire firms based at Mahon Airport who will be pleased to have a vehicle awaiting your arrival. This also cuts down on transfer costs for you and your family.
