Transporting pets through Gibraltar Airport

Hi Su,

As long as you have all the correct paperwork then there should be no problem in getting your Westie through Gibraltar, especially as it is such a small airport and i presume you are flying with Monarch who are pretty clued up on pet transport.

We are hoping to travel from Manchester to Gib on 24th December bringing with us our West Highland Terrier; she has a passport through the PETS scheme. Will it be easy to cross the borders with her? I know she will need to be treated for ticks and tapeworm before being let back into Gib - Is there anything else we need to be aware of?
