You might have to wait a while for a response I'm afraid as this is their busiest time of year and they are inundated at the moment.

Sorry to bother you but I wonder if you can please help me? On Friday 18 July at around 11.30 pm I left my watch in the plastic box that you put your items in that goes through the x-ray machine (at Ibiza Airport). The watch is silver, with a round face with diamonds around it, and 'River Island' written on it and has great sentimental value.

Is there anyway this could be located? If so, is there a way I can pay for this to be sent back to me in England?
