Collecting Advance Passenger Information

If you click on this link it gives you details of Advance Passenger Information. All that will happen at Bournemouth Airport is that they will scan the magnetic strip at the back of your passport which contains all the information they need. the reason most airlines ask for this information in advance is to save time at check in. It may be that Palmair do not have the online facility to collection this info in advance.

So don't worry about it as it's very straightforward.

Hi Gary,

i booked a last minute deal with thomas cook two weeks ago flying from
bournemouth to tenerife and I am due to leave sunday morning, flying
with palmair. both ahve failed to inform me of the above and have no
information about the above, there offices are all closed. this is only
the second time I have travelled and i am extremely worried. can you
provide any advice please
