Travelling from Barcelona to Benicassim

You are cutting it very fine because you need to get from the airport to Barcelona Sants station in the city centre to catch the train to Benicassim. If your flight lands a bit early you might just make it.

There are no bus services from Barcelona to Benicassim and it's about a 270km journey so a taxi (which holds 4 people) will cost you over €300 single fare. You have the options of hiring a car from Barcelona Airport or booking a hotel in Barcelona and catching the train the following morning.

Our flight arrives at Barcelona airport at 17.50 on 15th July, but I have just found out the last train to Benicassim departs at 19.00 - I'm assuming this is cutting it fine

Can you tell me what our options are?
