Getting from Girona to Pamplona

You are talking about quite a journey as it's almost 600km from Girona to Pamplona and will take nearly six hours to drive if you hire a car.

Or you can get a train from the centre of Girona to Pamplona (changing at Barcelona). The campsite is 25km from Pamplona so a taxi which will carry up to 4 people will cost around €35 single fare.

I was wondering what would be the easiest and cheapest way to get from Girona airport to Pamplona or if possible is there any way you can get from Girona airport to El Milono (we are staying at a campsite there).
