Services for disabled passengers at Reus Airport
Hi Elizabeth,
Reus Airport terminal building covers 3,800 square metres on two levels and is divided into two lounges. The first of the lounges contains a baggage claim area and the second lounge includes tour operators, car hire desks and a cafeteria.
It really depends on which gate your plane docks at as to how far you will have to walk to these lounges. The best thing is for you to speak to the cabin crew of your outgoing flight and tell them you need assistance so that they can either radio ahead or arrange a buggy with their ground handling agents when you land. It is also worth speaking to the airline you are travelling with to see what provision they might be able to make at your departure airport.

Hi gary,
I am due to flight out to Reus next week. Unfortunately I have damaged the ligament in my knee and I am currently using crutches. Could you tell me what provision/assistance there is at the airport? My particular need is in relation to stairs: would there be assistance for leaving the plane and accessing the terminal building?
Any advance information/advice on problems I might encounter would be appreciated.
Regards
Elizabeth
