Buggy hire at Palma Airort

Hi again Dave,

We come across this mobility problem time and time again I'm afraid. You cannot reserve a buggy at Palma Airport but there are always plenty around. It is worth mentioning that you need a buggy when you check in at the UK end (just in case they can help), but more importantly tell the cabin crew on your outgoing flight that you need one to be waiting outside the aircraft for your wife when you land in Palma. They can radio ahead to their ground handling staff in Spain and arrange for one to be waiting for her.

hi gary, can you please tell me how to get assistance for my
wife on arrval, i have just recieved my tickets,and see it is 15
minuites walk to baggage my wife will not manage that. i see there is a buggy for people with reduced mobility, how do i arrange this. we are arriving on 06/05/08 on tom1607 i have tried island cruises they say to late,and cannot get
through to thomson helpline
