Travelling between terminals at Madrid Airport

Your daughter has plenty of time to make her connecting flights. There are shuttle bus services which run every few minutes between the terminals at Madrid. The departures points are well signposted so your daughter will be able to find the bus stop. My daughter is flying into Madrid and lands at terminal one, she will have to go through customs and then on to terminal 4 to catch a flight to Asturias. She has 4 hours and 30 minutes between flights. Can you tell me how she gets from one terminal to terminal 4.
