Opening hours of Bilbao Airport

You will be able to wait outside and may well find when you get to the airport that a flight has been delayed and it has stayed open. But I would hate to give you false hope! Thanks for the amazingly fast response. I'm trying to avoid paying for a hostel, and then a 20 euro cab ride. I'm scheduled to arrive in Bilbao by bus at 10:30 at night, and then I wanted to take the bus to the airport. Even if the airport closes, do you think I'd be able to wait outside until it reopens? If the earliest flights are 6 am, then it should re-open around 4 am. I know it won't be the most comfortable wait in the world, but I'm just trying to save money.

Let me know if you've heard anything about this type of situation.

Hi Peter,

The airport stays open for as long as flights are operating. On 3/4 April
there are no flights scheduled to land after midnight and the first outgoing
ones are at 6.00 am so unless there are some bad incoming flight delays the
airport will almost certainly close.

I'm flying out of Bilbao to Paris at 7:40 AM on Friday, April 4. Do you
know if it's possible to stay in the airport overnight, or do they kick
everyone out?
