Getting from Murcia to Gran Alacant

Spanish taxis do not work on a meter and the charges are fixed and listed in a book so your daughter can ask the driver the cost before they set off and also check the book. Gran Alacant is about a 95km journey from Murcia Airport so a taxi will cost in the region of €110-120 single fare and Spanish taxis can take up to 4 people. It is really not worth trying to pre-book one.

Can you please help me with the following;



I have my oldest daughter and some friends flying in to Murcia Airport on June 30th, and they are not old enough to hire cars themselves (they are 22years old), and need transportation to Alicante. Are there any bus-service or could you indicate how much a taxi would cost to Gran Alacant ( we do not want the taxi-drivers to cheat them because they are young .) Are there any Maxi taxi available, and which may be booked in advance????
