Cost of taxi from Reus Airport to Playa Margarita in Salou

Playa Margarita in Salou is about 13km from Reus Airport so the taxi should cost around €20 for all three of you single fare. As a rough guide, taxis now charge between €1.20-€1.50 per km depending on the day and time you are travelling.

CAn you please advise the correct costs for a taxi from Reus to Playa Margarita in Salou.
On one of these comments it says 35 euros but on the other it says 1euro per Km which is about 13euros I think.
Am I correct in thinking its about 13km , there will be 3 passengers
