There is no Thomas Cook travel office but there is a ticketing desk in terminal 1 on the first floor - telephone 0870 243 0416

I can't find a tour operators office on Lanzarote. It is probably best if you contact Thomas Cook direct at http://book.flythomascook.com/skylights/cgi-bin/skylights.cgi as they have a FAQ section and you can also email them from there.

Is there a Thomas Cook Airlines office at Lanzarote (Arrecife) airport...and if not, is there one elsewhere on the island, eg Puerto del Carmen?
