Shower facilities at Barcelona Airport

There are shower facilities at the airport. If you go to one of the information desks dotted around the terminal they will point you in the right direction.

Greetings,

Do you know if the airport has shower facilities?
I will be travelling from San Francisco to Barcelona (which means at least 16 hours of travel).
Once I arrive in Barcelona, a friend will meet me there and off on our drive to Italy.
So, as you can see, I will be a great need of a shower before the road trip to Italy after 16 hours
of travel by plane.

Any suggestions?
