Filling in time during 13 hour stopover at Madrid Airport

Hi Melessa,

You could check into a hotel near the airport - details at http://www.alpharooms.com/guide/spain/madrid/default.aspx

But your best bet is to use the VIP Lounge facilities at the Airport. You can find out more about them at http://www.aena.es/csee/Satellite?cid=1083857745195&pagename=subHome
&Language=EN_GB&SMO=7&SiteName=MAD&c=Page&MO=3

As far as a tour guide is concerned you need to contact one of the tourist information offices at the airport - details at http://www.aena.es/csee/Satellite?cid=1049727006297&pagename=subHome
&Language=EN_GB&SMO=9&SiteName=MAD&other=4&p=1049727006297&c=Page&MO=3

Hi Gary,

Your web site is very helpful, thank you. I have a long lay over in Madrid, 13hours, and would like to see some of the city. Is there a tour company that will pick up and drop off at the airport? Is there an airport hotel to check in for a day room? Any information would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Melessa
