Car hire invoice

We are an airport guide and not the hire car firm I'm afraid. You need to mail Sixt direct if they sent you the invoice. Their website address is http://www.sixt.com/

If you made the booking through Cartrawler and they sent you the invoice then you can contact them at reserve@cartrawler.com

I received the invoice of the above mentioned car rental and I wish to inform you that I do not agree with the amount you charged on my credit card.
Particularly:

1) The price of the 2 full fuel I consumed € 176.70 is much more than "about" € 50.00 for each full, as I was informed at the delivery and as I verified it is "about" the real cost for a VW Polo 1.2 full fuel in Spain.
2) Why was I charged of 16% V.A.T.?
Fuel and rental must be V.A.T. included for private use.

I hope you may correct possible mistakes soon and give a kind answer to this mail.
