Hello Gary

Last night I used the site to book car hire from Murcia airport

Details were entered car type choosen credit card details given etc

All seemed in order but we have not recieved any confirmation email that we will have a car waiting for us on arrival

Could you email back urgently to let us know what to do or what is happening as we are getting anxious

We would not be so concerned if we drove a manual but we must have automatic
