Hi Yangling,
My understanding is that as long as you don't leave the arrivals area at Madrid Airport you don't need a visa in Spain. But I am no expert on entry visas from Brazil or requirements at Frankfurt airport so you should contact Iberia to check it with them.

Hi, Sir/Madam
I am a Chinese living in Sao Paulo city in Brazil. I bought a ticket from Iberia. The flight will depart from Sao Paulo, arrive at Madrid first, and then changed a airplain to Frankfurt, and then take a flight from Frankfurt to Beijing China. So, do I need a visa to change the flight(from Madrid to Frankfurt) in airport in Madrid?? Please response, because it is very important to me. Thank you very much!!
