I have checked their website and they do have a pick up location in Portimao and you can arrange to leave the car in Madrid.

Is it possible to hire a car in Portimao or even Faro in order to drive to Madrid. Hire would be for 1 week at the end of April. Can not find a company that will allow multi-country. Help!
