Getting from Malaga Airport to Puerto de la Duquesa

Which is the same as Puerto Duquesa near Estepona and hopefully you now have enough information on the various buses to be able to get there.

Could do with a bit more information than than I'm afraid. The Costa del Sol is littered with marinas but I have narrowed it down to either Benalmadena or Puerto de la Duquesa which is in Manilva between Estepona and Sotogrande.

If you are staying in Benalmadena then there are no direct buses and trains and you can get a taxi for the 19km journey which will cost you around €25. Or the cheaper option is to get a bus from the airport into the city centre - details at http://www.spanish-airport-guide.com/malaga-airport-buses.html and then another bus to Benalmadena - details at http://www.ctsa-portillo.com/ima/pdf/benalmadena-costa.pdf

If you are staying in Puerto Duquesa then again you need to get a bus into the city centre of Malaga and then another but to Estepona - details at http://www.ctsa-portillo.com/ima/pdf/malaga-estacion.pdf and then a taxi which will cost in the region of €25-30 for a 20km journey. A taxi from the airport is a 90km journey and will cost you around €130 single fare.

i am travelling to Malaga Airport at the end of Feb,,,, heading to the duquesa apartments.... .as we are only heading for a long weekend i am

can you advise us how to get to duquesa apartments from Malaga airport via public transport.
