Getting from Barcelona to Pineda de Mar

You can get a taxi outside the airport but they usually only take a maximum of 4 passengers with luggage, so your best bet is to book a private transfer. As a rough guide, the journey from the airport to Pineda de Mar is 74km so a a normal taxi would cost in the region of €80-85 which makes your quote look the best option.

Hi Gary
We are holidaying in Pineda de Mar this summer I was looking for some information on Taxi Transfers from Barcelona Airport.
There are 5 of us traveling, 2 adults and 3 children. The cheapest 7 seater private hire quote for a return journey is £192, ie £86 each way.
Could you advise me if it is possible to either book a taxi on our arrival for 5 or to queue for a suitabily sized taxi from outside the airport. For both of options could you give me an idea on the cost.

We travel all the time from barcelona airport to pineda de mar, the best and cheapest way to travel is to get the train from the airport to barcelona central, stay on the same side as you get of and 2 trains later the train to pineda de mar will come it will say Blanes on the front, from airport to pineda de mar 1.30 mins, hope that is some help, thanks sarah. x
