You can also get details on buses from the airport to Valencia city centre at http://www.spanish-airport-guide.com/alicante-airport-buses.html or a taxi from the airport to the city centre bus or railway stations will cost you in the region of €20.

Dear Gary,

Could you tell me what would be the easiest way to get from Alicante airport to Valencia using public transport? I was thinking of getting a taxi to Torrellano station to get a train to Alicante, and from there a train to Valencia. Is there a more direct way using the trains? Also could you tell me if there is a direct bus from Alicante airport to Valencia, if not then a bus that I could get from the airport to Alicante and then one from Alicante to Valencia?
