Bringing foodstuffs into Spain

Hi Willy,

As long as the food is in tins or sealed packages and in your hold baggage then you can bring it into Spain. You cannot carry any foodstuffs or liquids in your hand luggage.

Linda

Hi Gary,

We will be travelling to Madrid, Spain next month.

I tried searching on Spain Customs Restriction with regards to canned meat & canned seafood products.

We are Asian and we'd like to bring our own food like rice, canned eel, roasted pork, etc and also some finger foods like beef jerky, peanuts, dried pumkin seeds, etc.

We are only bringing a week supply.

Appreciate your reply and if you give me a link to these info.

Thanks
Willy
