We don't actually work at Cartrawler so you need to contact them direct. The email address you should use to cancel the reservation is reserve@cartrawler.com and you need to quote your booking reference number. If you still don't get a response then email them at ccm@cartrawler.com (which is their complaints line).

hi gary i have tried to contact econorent to cancel a booking for may 2008 the booking was made through car trawler but i have not had any reply to my messages can you help please?
