If you fly into Malaga you can get a bus from the city centre - details at http://www.estabus.emtsam.es/

Malaga and Spain certainly give you the better travel options.

Hi, My wife is keen to visit Jerez/ Seville. Is it easier/ cheaper to get there from Malaga or Faro? We can get to these airports reasonably inexpensively from Teesside. Our preference would be rail travel if possible once in Spain/Portugal.
