Lost luggage with Vueling at Barcelona Airport

Hi,

I am trying to get some help to find out the status of my compensation for the loss of 3 pieces of luggage; 5 pieces of luggage were lost on the July 7th flight from Rome to Barcelona, 2 pieces were returned after about one week and the other 3 pieces of luggage have never been returned.

I submitted all of documentation, including original boarding passes and luggage receipts, with a letter on September 7th. I have not heard anything from Vueling. I have tried calling, but have been told there is not a phone number to talk to someone directly, that I must write more letters.

I am attaching copies of two letters:


1) Vueling.doc – letter describing the situation and asking for status, dated August 6, 2007

2) Vueling – compensation.doc – Letter asking for compensation; the original letter was sent by registered mail, dated September 7, 2007



After almost 5 months, I would appreciate some information on what I can do to rectify this situation.
