Dear Gary,

I am in a predicament as I am supposed to setting sail across the atlantic but I took a flight from Gran Canaria with Air Europa via Madrid to Lisbon,Portugal (TAP) and my rucksack never turned up in Portugal. The lost and found in Lisbon believe it to be in Madrid but there doesn't seem to be any communication with them. I have noted the Aena number and will try but was wondering that if I got a flight to Madrid that I would be able to personally search the ,lost baggage as my rucksack has no address tag on it?

Is there anything else I can do as it has already been missing a week and I would like to set sail soon.
