Hiring a car at Tenerife Airport

If they don't have any at the Hertz desk you should be able to get maps at the newsagents there. In the meantime if you follow this link it will give you driving directions and a route map from Tenerife North to Puerto de la Cruz:

You need to go to the Hertz car hire desk which is in an area in the baggage reclaim hall next to the luggage carousels on the ground floor of the terminal building at Tenerife North. They will complete the necessary paperwork and tell you exactly where to collect your hire car from.
